Less lead admin. More meaningful conversations.

Give your team a clearer starting point for every enquiry. I build workflows that assess inbound leads, update your CRM, and bring a human in when it matters.

One focused pilot. Your criteria. Human oversight.

A person stays in the loop. Uncertain cases wait for your team, and external actions run only where you have agreed them.

The opportunity

Your next enquiry shouldn’t start with more admin.

For agencies with recurring inbound enquiries, an existing CRM, and a sales process worth making more consistent.

01

Same details. Different tabs.

Copying information from forms and email into your CRM takes attention away from the conversation.

02

A different answer each time.

Without shared criteria, lead assessment depends on who happens to review the enquiry.

03

A handoff without context.

Missing details and unclear next steps leave your team doing the same research again.

How it works

A repeatable process. With room for judgment.

You define what matters. The workflow handles the agreed steps and surfaces uncertainty instead of hiding it.

  1. Capture

Bring in the enquiry from one agreed lead source.

  2. Check

Identify available evidence and missing information.

  3. Assess

Apply your qualification criteria with supporting reasons.

  4. Route

Update the CRM and flag cases that need your team.

Your team sets the rules. Important external actions stay subject to the approvals we agree.

Meet Verdict. A concrete starting point.

Explore the lead qualification project behind this service. Your pilot would be adapted to your own criteria, lead source, and CRM.

Verdict / project screen recordingDemonstration, not a client case study or promised result.

When exploring the demo, look for the enquiry details, the reasons behind the assessment, and where human review is required. The workflow above is illustrative; integration scope is agreed for each pilot.

A small first step

Start with one workflow. Make it worth repeating.

First, we map what happens today. Then you receive a fixed-scope proposal with milestones, pricing, software costs, and support terms.

No commitment required for the initial review.

The person behind the work

Hi, I’m Ariel. You work directly with me.

I’m an AI engineer based in the Philippines. I build AI applications and business integrations with explainable outputs and human oversight. You work directly with me, from the first process review to the handover.

Before we talk

A few practical questions.

Will this work with our CRM?

We’ll review your CRM, lead sources, and available API access first. The pilot covers one agreed integration; compatibility is confirmed before you commit.

Who decides what makes a good lead?

You do. We document your criteria together and test them against representative examples. The workflow provides reasons for its assessment and routes uncertain cases to your team.

Will it automatically contact or reject leads?

Only actions explicitly agreed during scoping are enabled. The initial pilot can focus on internal assessment and routing, with your team approving external communication.

What access and data do you need?

We start with sample or redacted enquiries. Before connecting live systems, we agree the minimum access, data processed, providers involved, retention, and deletion requirements.

What does the pilot cost?

You receive a fixed-scope proposal after the workflow review. It separates implementation, software usage, and any optional ongoing support. There is no obligation to proceed after the call.

What happens after the pilot?

We compare the agreed results with your current process and hand over operating instructions. Continued maintenance, monitoring, and further workflows are scoped separately.

Let’s look at your workflow

Is your lead process worth automating?

Let’s spend 20 minutes reviewing how enquiries reach your team, where manual work happens, and whether a small pilot makes sense.
